Sr. Alan obtained his authority to practise as Registered Valuer, Registered Estate Agent & Registered Property Manager from Board of Valuers, Estate Agents & Appraisals Malaysia (BOVAE) in 2006. He is also member of The Royal Institution of Surveyors Malaysia (RISM). He joined Chester Properties Sdn Bhd as Partner in 2014.
